Return & Refund Policy

At Rany’s Blend, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of all our food items.

Food Safety Notice

Because our products are consumable goods, we cannot accept any returns under any circumstances. This includes unopened items, as we cannot guarantee the safety of products once they have left our facility.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ranysblend@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All food products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as teas, herbs, or blends)

  • Custom products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases of order errors or damage. If your refund is approved after review, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
